The catalog

Software we supply, and software we build

Infivex is a dealer first: we supply business software, implement it, and stay on the phone afterwards. Three of the platforms in this catalog we wrote ourselves, one comes from the wider group, and two are third-party products we resell and support. This page tells you which is which before you spend an hour finding out.

Built by Infivex

Three platforms we develop ourselves

Each of these started as something a customer needed that no standard package delivered. We own the source, we set the roadmap, and when you report a bug it is our developers who fix it rather than a ticket queue in another timezone.

All three are built on and around the Microsoft stack, which is also where our development work lives. See Dynamics 365 Business Central for the platform underneath.

From the group

Built elsewhere in the family

One platform in the catalog is not ours and is not a third-party resale either. It sits in between, and it is worth being precise about that.

Smart Event Manager

A cloud-based event management platform covering the whole lifecycle, from the first outline of a programme to the reporting after the doors close. It is a Salviminda product; Infivex supplies, implements and supports it.

Why it sits in its own group

Smart Event Manager was developed by Salviminda, inside the wider group Infivex belongs to. We did not write it, so we will not claim it as an in-house build. But it is not an arm's-length product either: the roadmap is reachable, the developers are colleagues, and a feature request from your side does not disappear into a public suggestions box.

In practice you get the same single point of contact as with our own platforms. If you are running events at any scale and want to know whether it fits your programme, ask us and we will walk through it honestly.

We supply & support

Third-party software, sold and looked after by us

These are other people's products. We resell them because they are good at something we would otherwise have to build badly, and we support them because a licence with nobody behind it is not much of a purchase.

We do not carry a long catalog of resold software, and we are not trying to. Two products, both chosen because customers kept asking for exactly that capability.

How it is licensed

Subscription, and one relationship behind it

Everything on this page is sold on subscription. Depending on the product and the number of users, that is billed per month or per year — there is no perpetual licence to buy up front and no capital expenditure to argue through a budget round.

  • Priced on product and user count. What you pay follows which platform you take and how many people use it, so a five-person finance team and a fifty-site estate are not quoted from the same sheet.
  • One agreement, not three. The licence, the implementation and the support line come from us together. You are not buying software in one place and hoping to find help in another.
  • Renewals stay visible. Subscriptions are managed as part of the relationship, so a renewal date is a conversation rather than a surprise line on a card statement.
  • Scale in both directions. User counts move as the business moves. Adding a country or a site is a change to the subscription, not a new project.
  • Third-party products included. Tracee and Yodeck are licensed through us on the same footing as our own platforms, which is the point of buying them from a dealer at all.

We do not publish prices, because a number without your user count and country scope in it would be a guess. Tell us the shape of the estate and you get a real quote.

Choosing

Which one do you need?

Most people arrive here with a problem rather than a product name. Find the problem, follow the link.

📤

"We have an e-invoicing obligation coming"

Belgium, France or anywhere else in Europe, on any generation of Dynamics. SLinkHub handles UBL, validation, transport and country rules outside your ERP, so a compliance deadline does not turn into an ERP migration.

📈

"Business Central does not go deep enough for finance"

Daybooks, journal layouts, payment formats and VAT reporting that match how your accountants actually book. Finly adds that depth inside Business Central, with no second system to log into.

🗺

"Our venue needs screens that know today's bookings"

Wayfinding in the foyer, a room tablet beside each door and a briefing view for staff, all driven by the bookings you already entered. That is SLinkHub Screens, not general signage.

🎫

"We run events and manage them in spreadsheets"

Programme, registration, logistics and reporting in one place across the event lifecycle. Smart Event Manager is the one to look at.

🌿

"We have to prove where our raw materials came from"

EUDR deforestation reporting, CSRD disclosure and batch traceability from farm to consumer. Tracee is built for agri-food supply chains and the evidence trail they now have to produce.

🖼

"We just want content on screens"

Playlists, scheduled media, documents and web pages, across a handful of displays or a few thousand. Yodeck is the proven, unexciting answer, and unexciting is what you want from signage.

Questions

Buying software through Infivex

It means we supply the software, put it in, and support it afterwards — including software other companies wrote. The benefit is boring and real: one number to call for the licence, the setup and the problem at 4pm on a Friday. Buying a subscription direct from a vendor portal usually means the licence comes from one place, the implementation from a second, and the support from a web form. We are all three, on one invoice, with people who know your environment.

Us, first. You should not have to work out whether a fault sits with Yodeck, with Tracee, with your network or with the way something was configured. We diagnose it, fix what is ours to fix, and take it to the vendor when it is genuinely theirs. You stay out of that conversation. See Support for how tickets and SLAs work.

Yes, and plenty of customers do. A manufacturer might run SLinkHub for e-invoicing, Finly for the finance detail and Tracee for traceability reporting; a venue might run SLinkHub Screens inside the building and Yodeck for general signage elsewhere on the site. They are separate products with separate subscriptions, but one supplier and one support line behind all of them.

Yes. Finly is an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — it installs into your environment and works on the pages your finance team already uses. Without Business Central there is nothing for it to extend. If you are weighing up Business Central itself, start at our Business Central page. SLinkHub is different: it sits outside the ERP and also has a REST API, so non-Dynamics systems can use it.

Our services sit around the software we supply: development, implementation and support for these platforms and the Microsoft environment they run in. We do not take on greenfield implementations of third-party ERP products we have no relationship with. If that is what you need, we will say so early rather than three weeks into a scoping exercise.

Not sure which of these you are actually buying?

Tell us the problem in a paragraph — the obligation, the system you run, the number of people who touch it. That is usually enough for us to point at one product and rule out the rest.
